Terms of Service

1. General

The TG Comment service (the Service) provides users with software tools for planning, configuring and testing tasks for advertising and marketing purposes in Telegram: automated commenting, channel discovery, mailings, scheduled posting and related statistics.

The Service is a tool. The user decides which accounts to connect, which channels to pick, which texts to publish and in which mode to run.

These terms take effect from the first sign-in to the Service's cabinet. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Service.

2. User accounts and resources

• The user connects to the Service only their own personal Telegram accounts that they lawfully own and control.
• Proxies, AI provider API keys and other resources the user adds to the cabinet must also belong to the user or be used with the owner's permission.
• The Service does not sell, transfer or rent out Telegram accounts.
• The user is responsible for keeping the access data of their cabinet and connected accounts safe and must not share it with third parties.

3. User responsibility

The user bears personal responsibility for any actions performed through the Service from their accounts, including the content of comments, messages and posts, the choice of channels and audience, and compliance with Telegram's rules and applicable law.

In case of violations — account limits and bans imposed by Telegram, complaints from channel owners or third parties, claims from public authorities — the responsibility lies with the user.

When using the Service it is prohibited to:

• send spam, intrusive advertising or messages that violate Telegram's rules;
• publish illegal content, misleading information or materials infringing third-party rights;
• use the Service for fraud, phishing or distribution of malicious links;
• attempt to disrupt the Service, gain unauthorised access to other users' data or bypass restrictions.

If these rules are violated, the Service may restrict or terminate the user's access without a refund.

4. Limitation of the Service's liability

The Service's tools are provided "as is". The Service makes reasonable efforts to operate reliably but does not guarantee:

• specific advertising or commercial results;
• the absence of limits, spam blocks or bans of accounts imposed by Telegram;
• uninterrupted and error-free availability of the Service.

The Service is not responsible for the actions of Telegram, AI providers, proxy suppliers or other third parties. The Service's total liability to the user is limited to the amount paid by the user for the current subscription period.

5. Trial period, subscription and payment

• A 3-day trial period is granted upon registration to see how the Service works on your own channels and accounts.
• After the trial, access to the Service is provided under a 12-month subscription. The promo price applies to a limited number of available spots.
• Subscription, renewal and payment questions are handled by TG Comment support.

6. Changes to the terms

The Service may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means acceptance of the new version.
